While waiting for the tour to start we saw several little signs telling interesting facts about the Dam... here are a few of them...

This is one of the water tunnels... inside the big metal conduit is millions of gallons of water... the guide said that as much water goes through these conduits in one day as goes over the Niagara Falls (in one day)... that's a lot of water!

then we went up to the look out tower at the very top of the visitor's center...
